Time for Gemini Apr 12
Tonight was the final straw. I gave a prompt to Gemini that was pretty simple.
I warmly welcome you!
First I thank you for checking out this page! It's sort of a glimpse into my mind and life. I am happy you are here and maybe we might even share some of the same interests? I had things scattered (like my mind) and decided to just try to put everything into one place, or at the very least try to organize it a bit more. If you know me, you know I'm down to hang out. If you don't yet know me I would love to have you chat a bit.
This page is primarily my personal page. I try to focus on sharing my hobbies and interests here. I share links, write blog articles, test new code prototypes, share design drafts and chat with my friends all from here. That said, occasionally there is a crossover between work and personal, so you may see a little of both.

History is full of this same cowardly reflex. People feared trains, elevators, anesthesia, vaccines, bicycles, and automation in factories.
But my new server is located in Switzerland, si when I tried to stream Tubi to that machine for recording it was blocked. Easy solution...
To reject something on the surface when facts are available is simply stupidity.
Sure we can script with BASH or maybe some python. Not so secure though and certainly heavy compared to the likes of Rust
That's the fun part about dev work, trial and error - mostly error, until somehow you get it right. In short, it works great!
This is a an ongoing and ever growing list of websites, links and articles that I found interesting or that I have shared with other people.
There are only 6 links shown! That is a space constraint, I don't want this page ugly so I will display the most recent only. I mentioned this list is ever growing... Well if you want to see a complete listing of all the past links just click here.
Comedy Audio
Back in 1999 Anheuser-Busch (the producers of Budweiser) had a long running radio ad campaign called Real American Heroes and it was eventually changed to Real Men of Genius. It was an award winning campaign. They took normal mundane aspects of life and sarcastically paid tribute as if they were amazing feats being conquered.
They produced over 200 of these commercial skits, and many can be found on YouTube. Every time the radio station would interrupt the music fans would not get angry about the interruption if it was one of these ads. Everyone would get quiet, crank up the volume, and listen intently. It was next level marketing!
This is my take on comedy writing. I decided to try and replicate the humor of those nostalgic commercials with my own ideas. I am not a comedy writer, but I tried. I hope you enjoy!
